Ferndale Pet Travel did a fantastic job bringing our dog from New Zealand to Singapore. Wendy and Matthew were a pleasure to work with - they were great on the communications, very knowledgable, and clearly care for the animals (and owners) they are working with. The New Zealand process can be complex and bureaucratic, and Ferndale did an excellent job going the extra mile between MPI (NZ) and AVS (Singapore) to provide all the supporting documentation and additional clarifications required. We would highly recommend Ferndale to anyone looking to bring their pet to Singapore. They are outstanding!

Ferndale is a good company to work with. Moving from Japan, we did the export side of things and we engaged them to deal with things on the Singapore side. Everything was very straightforward. They provided us with everything we needed to know and get ready for even for the things we were handling ourselves. There was constant checkups to see how everything was going up until departure. Arriving in Singapore, we didn’t have to worry about a thing and just headed to our new home and just waited for our pets to be delivered to us. Highly recommend anyone to use them if you need your pets to be relocated. Good job Ferndale!

I want to thank Wendy (SG office) and the HK Ferndale team for taking care of my Frenchie’s relocation from Singapore to Hong Kong. It was certainly a challenge, traveling with a snub nose breed, so started preparing for the move and prepping our furkid months before the trip, I was one anxious dogmom! Wendy had been super patient with us, answering all kinds of questions, and she’s also really great with doggos! On the day of the move, unfortunately furkid’s flight was delayed for a few hours, naturally my anxiety spiked again but Dr.Matt was very responsive and managed our expectation of the delivery schedule. The furkid and I reunited after about 16 hours, he was a little confused but overall in good shape was all (stubby) tail-wagging when he was delivered at our new place!
