I was service by Clev and he is very knowledgeable and patient. He show me around and understand my requirement and recommended me suitable unit despite I wasn’t ready to make booking at that moment as I was too early and they only accept booking 10 days before start date. I came back today and he was once again very patient explaining to me and guide me through the process of registration. The unit is very clean and I highly recommend StorHub @ 9 Bukit Batok St 22 and highly recommend Clev to guide you through the process.

The staff have been extremely professional. The reason why I chose Storhub is it's customer service and it's accessibility and functionality. It's there for use and easy to navigate. There's great promotions on the monthly billings too. I had a great experience with the 9 Bukit Batok Storhub Branch, especially Evelyn Eik (the Customer Contact Agent) and Brian Kan (the assistant branch manager from the Storhub 5 Bukit Batok team) who went the extra mile to ensure good customer retention and service quality. However, it wasn't our desirable unit. Thus, he has showed us some other vacant unit for rent. He has given us the detailed explanation and procedure on the rental.
