Amazing
Unique tourist attraction from Moshe Safdie.
Regular water fountain in a 70 foot bowl which falls 2 floors below.
Photogenic both from above and below.
Nice view to explore sg
Listen to the sounds of water falling out of the mouth at the huge glass bowl into a pool and be mersmerised as you stare at the circulating pool of water being filled constantly into the bowl. You may even get to sit on the wooden steps and watch beautiful light show in the night sky.... all for free!
Definitely worth to watch. But keep updated with timings as it will not be open for 24 hours. Make sure to reach on time.
It is very entertaining and wierd feelings when you see it
Nice man made fall.
I love it
should go to Tet holiday
Service
I happened to see it while passing by, and was struck by the swirling water flowing. It's not a place you really need to visit, but if you're passing by Marina Bay, give it a try. I think there is a separate time for water to come out.
I came after watching the Supertree show at 7:45 and the water was flowing.
One of the interesting and memorable places to visit when coming to Singapore.
(One of the interesting & memorable places to visit SGP.)
If you go to this shopping center don't miss it. It looks like the one at Changi Airport at the Jewel. The swirl of the water is very beautiful and the water looks so clear.
Very spectacular! Restaurants around! You can also get old by boat!
A cool stream of water falls. Smells a bit like swimming pool water
Designed by Israeli urban designer Moshe Safdie, this is a bowl-shaped acrylic design that combines lighting and environmental protection (reuse of water resources). Rainwater is collected and circulated 2 stories high in a counterclockwise vortex. It is dumped into the pool below and is also the source of water in the channel of the pool below, allowing the gondolas to operate.
Note: I don’t know what kind of scenery can be seen from the indoor gondola boat (´Д`)y━・~~.
Moshe Safdie is a Canadian-Israeli. What made him famous is that he served as the chief designer of the famous Habitat 67; he also designed the Marina Bay Sands Hotel with a boat-shaped roof!
