Reviews of SAM at 8Q (Singapore Art Museum)
Mostly installation. Usually there are children friendly exhibitions with hands on activities that makes for fun interactions. The building itself was converted from old Cat High school. May be closed on some days for change of installation.
Awesome exhibition!!! The place is cool and chic.
Very interesting exhibits on display, many interactive ones as well, quite a family friendly museum as well, due to the nature of the exhibits
Periodic changes to the art displays makes it a worthable attraction to visit. Fun for adults and kids alike
Worth the visit. Quirky stuff
Really fun place to be with anyone (think your partner, friend, family)! Beautiful artwork + cool activities.
I liked the place but there was no notice that the museum was meant for kids.
Fun place for kids under 10. Current installations are super interesting!
Some touch, feel, interactive and participate exhibits, a lovely place to enjoy.

Nice place
I visited the Singapore Art Museum because it was closed (for the next 3 years or so?). The content was well worth seeing. I recommend visiting it together with the National Museum.
Perfect place for art lovers. Lots of exhibitions. Quieter than the museum in Sand Bay and much cheaper.
The exhibition space and planning are pretty good👍
It’s worth coming!
Things are too modern, a bit hard to digest
