Amazing service. Guitar picked up from my house and delivered back in less than 48 hours, perfectly set up to my liking. Sirbest(luthier) even messaged me at night to point out an issue that he had found and what I wanted to do with it. Very detailed and attentive work. Will do any guitar related services with them again. Highly recommended.

Saw SWAT Customs from an instagram advertisement, decided to take a chance on it since my 000-18m had become very unplayable due to the higher action. They have done a FANTASTIC JOB :) guitar is very playable now. Prices are fair as well! Do take a chance on them if you are curious, the owner has been very accommodating to any questions that I had!!

I recently had one of my bass guitars serviced at SWAT. They did a great job adjusting the set up, and everything I had hoped to attain from having the bass serviced was done. And their pick up and drop off service was fantastic too. I’m certain to be using them again for one of my older bases that needs a bit of work as well. I couldn’t be happier with their work!

Great service!! Got my strat was set up perfectly with its issues solved and feels like its brand new again. Love the added shine given to the bridge, body and fretboard. Highly convenient as well. Will come back to send in more guitars in the future.

Communication with Swat Customs on what needed to be done on my guitar was convenient and smooth. The arrangement of the courier service to have the guitar picked up and delivered back was no-fuss as well. Videos of the guitar before and after, such as the measurement of the action height the setup were shared as well, making for good accountability. Overall, it’s a wonderful experience with Swat Customs.

Dont fret! send your guitar to SWAT customs for professional setup at a reasonable price. I sent my Gretsch G5220 for Graptech Tusq nut replacement and was very satisfied with the result, the complimentary pickup and delivery is heaven sent for busy persons like me. I had a broken strap button repaired by SWAT Customs. While other luthiers ghosted my questions or avoided providing a direct solution to the problem, SWAT Customs had very fast responses, were transparent with their service and methods, and directly repaired the issue to my satisfaction. I sent my MIJ Fender Jazz Bass over to fix sunken frets and for a setup. Sirbest was responsive over text and communicated effectively so that delivery and pickup were punctual and convenient. The setup was great and the fret problem was fixed well.

Decided to set up my seldom used guitar sitting around the hall. Texted Swat Custom after seeing the positive reviews. Response was fast and by the next day, the courier collected the guitar. Sirbest texted that he had to go through the electronics and quoted a very fair price. Two days later I was contacted that it was ready and will be delivered the following day. When it came back, I was amazed that the guitar's outlook had changed, frets and playing action was what I had anticipated. Loved the new set of strings. Smooth and easier to play and my guitar has a new life. I have been enjoying playing ever since that day. Will not hesitate to contact Swat Custom again to service my next guitar. Thumbs Up! Cheers!

I've had some downtime with my guitars due to my finger getting injured and I figured why not have one of them go through SWAT customs (they were referred by a Carousell seller who had great experience with them). Pickup from my doorstep at Friday night. Guitar was ready by Sunday! They did a full setup on my custom acoustic with action low enough that you can tap the strings and make it sound clear. No buzz. Make sure you specify to have elixir strings for higher durability. Excited to have another guitar setup through them soon.

June 2021: Mr Sirbest Wong of SWAT Customs was very responsive at the first instance, and kept me updated on the progress of my guitar at his own initiative. He was also honest when he discovered that a particular service which I thought I'd require was not needed, and removed the charges for that service. Pick-up and delivery of my guitar was very prompt, and his deposit requirement was very reasonable. I first approached him online almost a year ago, and finally used his services last week 😅 thanks for the great job, Sirbest! Dec 2024: Sent my neglected Strat for a setup, electronics repair and fretboard restoration, and Sirbest was up to the task and went above and beyond. He provided written, photo and video updates throughout the whole process, and reached out to me when my guitar had an issue, without neglecting to check with me first. He values his customers' convenience by providing courier services so that we do not have to traverse across the island just to hand him our guitars. Absolutely a 10/10 service by Sirbest of SWAT Customs!
