I am very pleased with the customer service here. I called to make an appointment to view some guitars. Lionel was around and took out 2 guitars for me to try. I was torn over which one to get as they were the same price, and they sounded similar, but the wood design was very different. It was near closing time but he never pressured me to quickly make a decision. He even played the same song on the guitars back-to-back to better let me hear what they sounded like, which helped me choose the guitar which I'm happy with.
