The excellent after sales services by William Tham convinced my choice of Yamaha instruments for my kids. Brought my girl’s 1.5 yo bass guitar for repair and shared that her performance was in 2 days’ time. Confirming the availability for the replacement of the spoilt parts and with a thorough check, William helped to repair the bass within an hour. William and staff at the centre were helpful and friendly. Brought the repaired bass immediately to my girl’s rehearsal and all the band mates were impressed by Yamaha’s speed of services. Yamaha, you won yourself new fans for your wonderful after sales services!

I had a wonderful experience with the Yamaha service center. The technicians there are very skilled and experienced. They treated me with respect, kindness, and professionalism. They helped me with any questions or problems I had with my Yamaha product. They were always quick to reply on WhatsApp. They are a great representation of the Yamaha brand. I understand that there was some delay in the support, but I know that it was due to the process. The support was amazing. Great team. Well done and keep it up. You have excellent customer service skills. I know only few names like Linda, Jia wen, all of them was extremely courteous.

Came here to get my trusty Yamaha Stagepas 600i serviced. Sent in my Music Cast WXC50 this morning. Went slightly before their operating hours but still diligently served by their staff, while other brands service centres will diligently stick to their operating hours. Friendly staff there. While waiting for their Technician to work on my unit, the staff politely updated me that it would take a while and apologies for the wait. Technician helped me restored my unit (software issues) without having to change the motherboard (worst case scenario as advised). Take my unit on the spot without the need to come back to collect. Kudos...
