Since joining on 13th July 2023 at active global care center, my mother, madam Chan has greatly benefited from the physiotherapy and occupational therapy provided. The exercises are tailored to her condition and adapt to her various stages of health helping her improve over time. One of the exercises that has particularly helped her is the stair climbing exercise which has contributed to her improved strength and mobility. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of the admin center manager, physiotherapist, my mother has made significant progress. I am also truly impressed by the team of care staff who are warm, friendly, caring and patient. Their dedication and kindness have made a big difference in my mother's experience.

Ghim Moh Senior Care Center is a Center who really cares for each senior. They have a wonderful bunch of Myanmar workers who are cheerful everyday. With good leadership, everyone corporate with each other just like a very big family, and being sensitive to their needs of the seniors. You can even see the top leadership pushing the wheel chair. On all occasions when i was unable to pick the senior, everyone cooperated to always render their utmost help to make sure the senior is safe. Thank you, everyone!

The Centre has been a critical part of mom's life as she lives in her later years. She loves to play majon with the ladies. The staff truly cares for her. They are friendly and make sure she is properly cared for including her medicine, excersie and meals.

The Ghim Moh Senior Care Centre & Active Aging Hub is a place that nurtures people who use the services there. Staff have interesting programmes like exercise sessions, art and craft and excursions. What I particularly like is that the staff are responsive to suggestions even when these suggestions will require them to go out of their way to implement them. It shows a culture of caring and wanting to support and develop the elderly as much as they can. Family members can feel secure that the aged are in a supportive place. We are very pleased with the services provided by Active Global for my late mother. Cassandra in particular deserves special mention as she always took the time to crack jokes with my late mother in Teochew ; she was very thoughtful in sharing her knowledge with us about elderly care. The centre manager Gerald was also ever ready to assist . We could rest easy when we sending our late mother there daily, knowing the staff was taking good care of her.

The Centre has shown great responsibility, care, sensitivity and ptofessionalism in an area that is certainly very difficult and challenging. Not only have we seen our mother improve physically though we know she can never recover from dementia and alzheimers, she has improved cognitively and we are able to communicate 20 per cent of the time. She has also gained confidence and is able to make some decisions which we find very encouraging. Our heartfelt thanks go to Ms Cassandra and the staff at the Centre.

The staffs are very friendly and though may dad only goes once a week for physiotherapy - most of the staff remember his name and welcomes him enthusiastically ! That is part of the reason, my dad looks forward to the physio sessions he used to attend.
