Dr Cheryl is very kind, compassionate and good with kids. She takes time to explain the diagnosis and treatment plans very clearly to me. Dr Cheryl and team saved us at a time we were lost with what to do with our Son. He was misdiagnosed at a local hospital and by a miracle we were directed to Dr Cheryl. I first met Dr Ngo on 1 Dec 2019 when I was admitted to Mt E for amaurosis fugax , which was a loss of vision in one of my eyes. I was really worried as I did not know what happened but Dr Ngo made me feel assured with her care and professionalism, despite it being a Sunday. Owing to her professionalism, I am also able to receive treatment from one of the best known neurologist. Throughout the follow up review sessions, Dr Ngo was also very patient and attentive to my various concerns. She also keeps a very detailed log on my condition and ensures close monitoring of my recovery process. The entire experience is further enhanced because she has a team who is also very professional, cheery and helpful!
