J. G.This is truly service straight from the heart. We are not the patient from this clinic but upon seeing my husband on clutches they offered us a seat in their clinic right away, even for me an accompany family member.
This is something even our doctor’s clinic has never offered.
I observed they open 5mins early for their queuing patients, 4 service counters all opened. By observation, I can tell how much upfront they are there for patients.
Thank you very much for the kind gesture.
Recommended if anyone seeking for eye care, in my humble opinion.

S. L.Dr Fong Kee Siew is very good doctor, dedicated towards her profession and cares for patients. she removed a mole (very close to my left eye) for me with almost no pain and no scars. Dr Fong really did her stitches nicely on point bcoz it's quite obvious on my eye area. After surgery about a month now, it's fully recovered n no scars. Thank you, Dr Fong.

A. C.I want to give my compliments to Dr. Por Yong Ming who has been so kind in tending to my condition for nearly 3 years, including performing a life-changing surgery for me. He explained everything very well and gave me much assurance through my fear. Now my eyes are better than they were ever and I could not thank him enough. Also compliments to the uncle who did my cornea test, he's always so busy tending to everyone but does well at his job all the time. Give him a smile when you see him please!
L. L.Dr Por Yong Ming is a fantastic doctor. Professional, firm, yet very friendly, warm and approachable at the same time. I did my lasik with him but subsequently suffered a recurrent corneal erosion. RCE was really frightening but Dr Por was patient at all times, never rushed me and allowed me to take my time to ask all the questions I had, and more importantly, was knowledgeable and was able to reassure me repeatedly. The ladies at the front desk are also extremely warm and very helpful! Thank you Dr Por!!!!
D. C.I was there for an eye check up. The lady who attended to me in the eyesights testing room was quite impatient in a way. It was my first visit to the clinic, she did not take time to make a simple introduction, a greet, or even basic identification verification of myself. I was left wondering if she is in fact the Dr that i would be consulting. I was promptly tasked to sit and having to leave my bag on my lap while doing my eyesights test as she did not bother to leave any instruction on where to place my bag. I felt uncomfortable trying to balance my bag on my lap while focusing on the eye chart. After the test, no clear direction was given on my next station either.
After being directed by someone else, Dr Poh Yong Ming attended to me. He was patient and gentle, taking time to explain my concerns and to be expected for my next test.
Moving on to the Ptosis test, the male nurse was attentive and caring too. He ensures i truly understand how the procedure works before running the test. Every now and then, he will check how i was feeling.
The receptionist was polite and friendly too.
I would gladly given it a 5 stars, if not for the lady nurse who served me at the eyesights test station.
j. j.Kind and knowledgeable Dr Fong Lee Siew have been taking care of my children's eye issues since they were 3. No unnecessary procedures and no fuss, just straight forward care from her. Bless her
