I had issues with my glasses adjustment and Beatrice went above and beyond in getting it sorted. Not only she made it to what I had envision, but also sorted out my nitpicks such as the nose pads seating. Truly an amazing experience!

Came here because i was quite bored of the usual owndays-specs. Wanted to act one satki so come and see the Japanese frames. The selections is quite varied and i am quite sure potential customers of all preferences and face shape will find one here. Upon reaching, i took a look at a few and the team (Beatrice attended to me mainly, but she was supported very well by the entire team there) quickly identified my style and preference and showed me some of their recommendations. Quickly identified one and make the usual SOP (eye test, payment etc). Post sales, the communication was prompt and friendly. Collected after 4 days and the whole process was a double thumbs up. Highly recommended place!

I was recommended by a good diver friend to make my prescription lenses for the diving mask that he passed to me. The staff at Eye Theory is very professional and understands my requirement and gave me the proper recommendation when making the prescription lenses. Both my daughter and son made their first pair of glasses at Eye Theory. Staff are attentive, friendly and professional. Spectacles were done very quickly within a working day. I’ll like to commend Ms Beatrice, who patiently attended to my daughter, taking time to get her degree right, providing recommendation and advice. It was my Daughter's First time Experience which she was Recommended by school to wear glasses. To cut short; So I went to Eye Theory in Kallang Leisure Park. I was surprisingly impressed with Optometrist Jun who is so professional and so detailed giving prescription for her Eyes. The process is so thorough and ALL the staffs there are absolutely kind and thoughtful. I Love the services rendered. The Boss is Also KIND. A PERFECT PLACE TO GO!!! I went for a comprehensive eye examination on 22 Jul evening. I was attended by optometrist Lee Jun Wei and was thoroughly impressed by the service he provided. Jun Wei was reassuring and detailed in his explanation of the test results. He was also attentive when hearing me talk about my sight related woes. Instead of simply regurgitating the results of the tests, Jun Wei tailored and proposed two sets of prescriptions based on my lifestyle needs (for computer work / night use). He demonstrated with great clarity how these two sets of prescriptions are optimised for different activities and I was amazed at the difference it made in lessening the strain on my eyes. Jun Wei's attention to detail, professionalism, and knowledge of his craft is something I have not experienced with any other optometrist. I highly recommend seeking him out when you visit Eye Theory.
