Staffs are all nice. The one that assigned to me (in the picture I got from their FB page bc I wasn’t able to get her name) is very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained and communicated to me very well. She did not hard sell too. Materials look sturdy. Thank you so much! 🫶

I am long years 5years remembered,loyal customer at Marsiling branch.Customer service and workmanship is very good,but the price is a bit higher than Ownday or newcomer Lenskerd. Should have some Duscount to longtime supporting customer hoping. Have more successes all ladys shop.

Friendliness, productivity, knowledge, availability of products and experience was all superb. Highly recomemnded shop. Summarsing my experience, I needed a new spectacle by next day's evening and they were actually more than ready for me to collect on the day itself, 30mins later. On top of that, she detailedly helped me to pick my favourite and most suitable pair very patiently, one after another after another. At the end, it was a happy purchase.

Thank you Janice, for the excellent service! She is very helpful and patient. I got my Oakley Spectacle Frame from overseas, and brought it to Eye Zone to do the lens. However, due to my high eyesight and the frame curvature, the usual brand of lens is unable to cut the lens to fit my high eyesight and the frame curvature. Janice then went the extra miles to help me source for a brand of lens that is able to fit my high eyesight and the frame curvature. Thank you once again, Janice!
