A staff by the name Alexander Kong is very helpful and offer insightful advice to us without being pushy. The eye centre albeit small, has comprehensive services ranging from eye check-ups to referral from SNEC and has online booking system which facilitates booking of appointments. A truly preferred eye centre!

Alex and his team are dedicated to customer experience. They are patient and their explanations on their products and services (e.g. how to take care of your eyes, what frame and color is suitable) are clear and concise. Their eye check is very detailed and the machine use is sophisticated (that includes cornea shape check). Alex made sure you understand what you are buying, choose what you really like before the purchase and emphasize on good habits to prevent myopia increase. He even went to the extra mile to help me source for the frame that is out of stock with the supplier. Overall, good experience and they offer 3 months free eye check and free lenses cleanser (refillable upon finish).

Jason is a friendly and meticulous staff which makes his customers feel at ease. My trip there was fuss free and I collected my spectacles within two days even though the store had a lot of customers the day I visited. Highly recommended!

I went to Tampines West outlet, I was dropping by to view the new brand of glasses, until I view the glasses And I asked the person (Alex), he did shared with me about the glasses is flexible and I did tried a few of shapes on my face. I did not know that the shop closed at 9pm that day. Alex has provide me a professional service and I did purchased the glasses. Alex has informed me that my glasses ready for collection. Wanted to get a new pair of glasses and was reccomended by a friend to this shop. The staff there (Jason!) was very attentive and let me browse slowly through the range of glasses. He helped to put in a order for a particular Ray ban model and provided the eye checkup service to make sure the lens degree was correct. Overall service was great, and the next time I came to collect my specs I make a order for contacts too :) the shop is a bit out of the way of you don't live in East, but I think its rlly worth the trip for great service and trendy range of products!!

The service was absolutely amazing! eyesight testing was the most comprehensive i've ever had (now i know why owndays heavily markets their more-than-simple free checks), lenses were state of the art, and their frames ranged from 80 year old uncle to korean boy wannabe. If those rare qualities don't make your decision for you, then their ridiculously high quality per dollar paid should. In short, amazing experience and product, even more amazing price!

I was facing problem in my right vision so I went down to Eyesight in Tampines for an eye examination. With their professional equipment and knowledge, the staff were able to identify the issue- retina detachment. One of the staff, Kelly, is very helpful. She helped to prepare a referral letter and advise me to see a doctor as soon as possible. During consultation with an eye specialist, he mentioned that retina detachment is a medical emergency (could lead to lost of vision if not operated immediately) and will require immediate surgery. I was admitted and operated on the same day. All in all, I am grateful for the professional help rendered to me by all staff at Eyesight and the value added service of a follow up.

Book appointment also no point. You book yet there isnt any priorities set in place. Nil updates prior to me arriving and then was told that I had to wait and that they would call me. An hour later, I had to be the one to call them instead and to be told again that I need to wait for another 15 mins.
