Excellent service. First time experiencing far sightedness due to ageing, and not familiar with what products can help. Spend 12 hours daily on computer at work and everything on the screen looks blur, so really needed expert advice on how to solve the problem. Gary was very thorough in understand lifestyle and recommending progressive lens options that are suitable. Great prices and lenses look very trendy. Super attentive service!

Really great experience here - picked up a pair of Burberry glasses. Well stocked with entry priced glasses to premium glasses (burberry, gucci, mcm, etc.) & hence you can definitely find a pair that suits you. Lens fitting was done in less than 15 minutes. Very informative and friendly team, especially Gary who treats customers genuinely. Would definitely come back to get my next pair of glasses! In fact, they are our go-to-persons when we need our glasses replaced. Recently I had to reach out to Gary to replace a frame which I broke accidentally. I was prepared to wait for a while when told that the frame I wanted was out of stock. What surprised me most was that he expedited the process and the replacement frame was ready for collection the next day. Promised the glasses to be ready on Tuesday but they were ready a day earlier. Service is pleasant and helpful. The staff also have a good eye for what suits the customer's face. Prices comparable to Japanese multi-chain optical shop a few units away. Said they would be open till 8.30pm and in fact kept open a bit longer so I collected my glasses just before they closed.

The experience at this optician shop is rather interesting. I was deciding between a 4 or 5 star but went with 5 as the shop pricing and efficient won me over. It was a very fuss free experience though as I selected the frame I wanted, did some checks with my current glasses and within 20min I got my new pair of glasses. The interesting experience here is that I requested for my focal points to be tested due to a previous bad experience in another shop. Immediately Gary took out a machine and tested me on the spot. After that he told me to wait 10 min. I was wondering what was happening and before I knew it, the glasses were ready. While I thought the communication could be more explicit, the pricing for frames and lens plus efficiency of 20 min all in to get the specs is top notch in standard. Plus the shop also provided sample contact lenses readily. Overall a good quality optician to go to.

Fuss free, non pushy and very efficient service! Came by the shop as I was in Bugis. We tried a few frames and the staff (Gary) was very friendly. He wasn’t pushy at all and we purchased the frames after a few tries. I inquired on the possibility of a multi focal contact lenses, and Gary gave me 2 sets of multi focal lenses for me to try. That was really generous of him as a lot of places just give one pair which can’t really let you test the comfort level of the lenses. The shop staff also tightened my existing spectacles when I passed them my spectacles. Talk about initiative! I would definitely revisit them after I have tried the contact lenses

Four years ago, a friend introduced me to frames and lenses. Prior to that, I wasn't accustomed to spectacles with progressive lenses made by other shops. Gary from the frames and lenses shop examined my eyes and carefully measured the necessary parameters for crafting glasses with progressive lenses. He informed me to collect them when the spectacles were ready. The experience was amazing - they fit perfectly when I tried them on. Since that day, whenever I need new spectacles or need to repair a frame, I always visit the frames and lens shop and specifically ask for Gary. Last week, I requested Gary to repair my frame which was damaged due to my carelessness. To my surprise, he not only repaired it but replaced it with a new frame, all free of charge (FOC).
