Alvin has been a great help in my latest visit to Singapore. Whilst on my trip, I accidentally broke my glasses and tried to repair it in various shops to no avail until I met Alvin. He managed to put my glasses together in no time and at no charge. I was so pleased with his service that I decided to purchase a spare pair. To his credit, he was very professional during the eye test , making sure I can see clearly and comfortably. The turnaround of the new spectacles was incredibly fast too. In short, I left the shop a happy well seeing customer and would definitely return again. Highly recommend Alvin from Glimpse.

My girl broke her frame but the myopia lens still perfect and costly, I made known to use it back so I could just get the frame. First day went and a guy was helpful and showed me the one and only set of frame, which can fit the myopia lens. My girl doesn't like the design. Today we went back again since nex has 9 optical shops. A sales staff, JingLi attended to us and she was very helpful she took awhile to find a right frame for my girl. It was not on the showcase. It was from a drawer. I am so appreciative towards her helpful gesture!
