I don't know if my postive review will do anything to appease the disappointed/disgruntled looks when I walked out of the store after probably 1hr of consultation, browsing and enquiring. I brought my mom to Lenskart as she's been complaining of poor vision/black spots & her dr appt is only in 6 months time. Sensing it has something to do with poor vision, I was prepared to pay for the check up as we were not ready to commit to buying yet. The optometrist was really helpful and focused on my mom's eye comfort during the test. She hasn't been wearing specs for 20+yrs! We took a while to browse through the frames and decided to sit on our decision as there is a current 1 for 1 n I've yet to choose my own frame. That was when the faces changed. I suppose it's human nature. Still I'm thankful for the enthusiastic service rendered and wished we would have been more decisive in order to fulfill the sales but we needed time after all.

Customer service provided here was outstanding. The staff was very friendly which made my experience of getting a new pair of glasses a pleasant one. I did a frame exchange because I wasn't satisfied with my first frame and the whole exchange process was very smooth. The staff even went the extra mile to make a call to me after I had collected my new pair to ensure I was satisfied with my exchange. 10/10 experience. Great job!

Great service from Alvin and Tracey who helped my auntie purchase two new pairs of glasses. They were very friendly and helpful performing her eye test and selecting the best pairs to purchase for her needs

Uncle John is an amazing optician! He is very conscientious during the eye test and was generous with general eyecare tips and advice. They also offer free eye test so my partner did it. They have 1-for-1 specs so i purchased 2 for the $128. I think the price is value for money, and service was excellent. The staff on duty are also warm and welcoming, I can't remember the lady's name.. All in all a very good experience, will recommend.

Was served by Fanny and Alvin. They had a great eye for picking out glasses that suited me, conducting the eye test, introducing the various discounts and sales, and helping me with my optical questions. Really thankful for their professionalism, humor and excellent service!

Came here to get my eyes tested and found out that they actually provide free eye test here. All the staff here were super friendly and helpful especially Fanny, Alvin and Angela, through out my whole journey in the store they were really very helpful and patient with recommending what's more suitable for me. They also answer all my enquiry as this is my first time getting my eyes tested. They also informed me on their super awesome gold membership which you can enjoy buy 1 free 1 on the glasses and 50% off for any lens upgrade. Will definitely bring my family back here to purchase. Thank you Lenskart for having such an amazing team.

Ms Fanny is so friendly and helpful for changing my noise pad and cleaning of my spectacle without charging me? Anyway I'm willing my pay but she insisted there's no need to pay. Many, many thanks! :):)

Came to fix a frame that came loose. Staff was very friendly, even went to the extra mile to help me change my eye piece that was quite old and yellow already, and reassured me that it was for free of charge. Staff even brought me to a seat for me to wait while he adjusted my frame and changed my eye piece. Process took less than 5 minutes, handed me back my glasses with the frame secure and a brand new eye piece, didn’t even have to spend a cent! Really grateful to be served by such a kind and patient staff

It was a great experience!! Alvin did a superb eye test ! It took about 10 mins compared to other store and i love how fast it took! And not forgetting Fa as the sales ! The way she explain to me very slowly and very patience as it took me awhile to understand about the lenses. Nonetheless it is the best experience in chinatown Lenskart ! I will definitely bring my family & friends here !

Was on holiday in Singapore when my prescription glasses lens had fallen out due to the screw falling out. Staff were friendly and offered to fix it free of charge. They evem clean my lensew and tightened the arms on my glasses!
