Optician (the boss) is friendly and skillful (years of experience). I made a spec with long and short sightedness in my lens and had some difficulty adjusting to it. I went back for adjustment and he replace my lens FREE of charge. He was not defensive nor did he blame me; he understood why it's difficult to adjust as he had years of experience and the new lens with that slight adjustment had really helped me in getting used to my new lens. This shop is ethical, friendly and the boss is patient to explain thoroughly. Plus the prices are reasonable and his recommendation for my lens is spot on. Highly recommended!

Chelzia and team was superb in their expertise. She is patient and recommend the frame according to individual face shape and the latest tend. Went to adjust the glasses which was badly skewed by accident, the uncle was able to adjust back to almost like before.

Been here since 15 years ago back in bedok, still coming here to get my eyesight checked when my astigmatism feels worse. Experienced and friendly boss who doesn't pressure me to buy anything eg type of frame, extra protection against blue lights/ smudge free on lens etc. Also taught me how to use daily contact lens patiently, and I managed to learn it within 20 minutes. Thank you 老板!

Had been their customer since 1990 in Bedok North. Very friendly and helpful Bosses whom will give their best to satisfy their customers. Discounts is a standard for old loyal customers and sometimes free samples were given for tryouts.
