Xuan Er is the most classy, yet genuine and professional optometrist I've ever met. Not only was she not pushy and listened well to me as a first-time customer, she even went the extra mile to explain in good detail the current state of my eyes. To say she increased the quality of my life is not an overstatement. John felt like the ideal senior or co-worker too; the level of service I received from them (as well as from the other staff I regret not having the time to ask for their names on my subsequent visits) ranks top in all my in-person consumer experience, period. And! The design of the specs fit me just right; which was also a never-before. I am grateful for having the good fortune to receive such impeccable levels of service, and walk on ever fresher and optically well-equipped, towards a future brighter than before.

Very pleasant service when I came to purchase contact lenses, staff Xuan Er was incredibly patient and went through the test with incredible professionalism with my mother, who commended her. The other staff on duty that day John, was also very friendly and approachable whilst I was waiting. Good work guys!
