Caleb was extremely passionate, knowledgeable, helpful and approachable. Gave recommendations and showed various features of the sunglasses - even gave us an opportunity to drop a metal object on a pair of test glasses to showcase Oakley’s material. He also informed us about membership and discounts. Whole process was smooth and engaging. Would recommend heading to this outlet for excellent customer service.

We strolled into Oakley@Funan Mall. Just browsing and was about to leave. The staff, Caleb came up to serve us and recommended some of the products. He is very friendly, helpful, genuine and not pushy. We ended up buying a few items and left the shop with very good feeling. With more online shops vying for sales, service staff like Caleb will definitely have customers coming back to their shop. Thank you for your service, Caleb.

Talked to Sandra on selecting for any suitable sunglass w/ prescription that fit my desire sport games. And she is a very professional and friendly Oakley's staff who is warmingly to address my concerns and queries. Hence I immediately get a best fit frame design w/ presciption sunglass from her. I can only say that her service was tip top and professional. My friend and I also purchased a sunglass from here at the same day. Will recommend my other friends to get sunglasses from her in near future. Strongly recommended.

I’m a regular at the Oakley store in Funan, and every visit has been a consistently pleasant experience. Recently, I decided to create a custom pair of Radar EV glasses. I was uncertain about the color combination, but Caleb's expertise helped me explore options that really worked well together. After taking a few days to think about it, I returned to the store, and to my surprise, Caleb had been experimenting with the design while I was away. He showed me a new version he had come up with, which I ended up liking even more! This kind of attention to detail and genuine care for the customer experience is why I always enjoy shopping at this outlet. Walked into an Oakley store for the third time in a short one month, and was browsing the selection, mainly Sutros, when Caleb approached carefully and tried to engage my girlfriend and me. I'm usually pretty reserved, and prefer to consider my options independently but Caleb's sales skills had been perfected over multiple iterations - which is evident in all the rave Google reviews left here. He was able to effectively break the ice. He was attentive, respectful and offered lots of advice and suggestions. His breadth of knowledge on consumers' needs and depth in the brand's technology and products were astonishing, and he was articulate and geniune in our interactions. We ended up buying two pairs of Oakley Sutros, spent a mini-fortune but left the store feeling really satisfied. Caleb definitely made the entire shopping experience a fun, refreshing and enjoyable one.

I had always found most Oakley shop staff are friendly and knowledgeable. But bumping into Caleb at their Funan outlet brought my impression to a whole new level as this dude was totally sincere and passionate about his job. Even when I wasn't intending to purchase anything on our first meeting, he went out of his way to entertain and advise me even with several other customers in the shop. I eventually ended up getting a pair of Metalink progressive specs which I was completely satisfied with. Truth was that I initially intended to spend much less to get my specs done in JB but guess Caleb changed my mind. Keep up the awesome work ethics and CRM there. Cheers!
