Visited One Optique shop on 24 Nov 2022 due to online recommendations. And my husband and me were not disappointed. Attentive, careful and non-pushy explanation by staff Mr. Jemp! We bought 2 instead of 1 specs in the end coz it! :) And best that the specs is ready for collection within a short time, which is right after our dinner *thumbs up*! Thank you! Highly recommended for affordable specs & good service!!! :)

Bought a pair of Hoya progressive glasses from One Optique at SSC recently. The staff are friendly and I was served by Mr Roddrick. He was patient to answer my queries and recommended me a pair of glasses I could afford. He took time to check and test my eyes to make sure it’s accurate. Very reassuring all the time. Even follow up with texts to check if I was ok with my new pair of glasses. Good customer service not to say the least. Eyes are so important. Peeps .. if you are looking to make a pair of glasses.. look no further. Pop in to Sembawang Shopping Centre One Optique :)

experience was excellent. i really like how the staffs there were really approachable and outgoing, they were able to explain well on how the process works, how long it takes and which is more expensive and cheaper options. the spectacles also came in quite quick in about 3 days. and spectacles are as good as new, fits me really well. really cool. i would like to say keep up the good work because you are doing very great and i hope to shop again at One Optique if i ever need a change of specs again.
