Well appointed store, not crowded. Seems to have good selection although the total number of locations in Singapore has decreased. Interesting to see a vehicle mock up to showcase how progressive lenses work especially when driving.

I’m extremely pleased and relieved that the team very quickly sent my scratched spectacles to their vendor’s factory for polishing. I was prepared to use a older specs for a week while waiting but my eyes couldn’t get used to it. And the thought of starting my workweek without my specs was somewhat distressing. Thank God they got it to me on a Sunday!

Great customer service. The lady who attended to me was very friendly and her explanation to me about my eye checkup was clear and easy to understand. Collection of glasses was prompt as well.

My glasses were damaged and the frameless rope broke. I thought I had to buy a new frame, but the technician in the store fixed it for me in ten minutes. I asked how much it cost and he said it was okay and it was free. Thank you so much🙏🏻
