Got my glasses here like 3 years ago. Always feel dizzy wearing the spec when I made it at other shop. This spec was ok so far except for my frame which finally broke beyond repair while I have work to do next day. I went to the shop at around 7:25pm. They helped me get another frame to match with my lens and made adjustments accordingly pretty fast and completed everything by 7:35pm. Always helpful and efficient to address my problems. 👍 Positive experiences from all my visits.

Helped me replace my spec loose screw and fixed it for free despite me asking for the price. Can tell that my specs was also readjusted back to proper angles as it was slanted before. Very well done and professional by the staff. Thanks!

Main specs is spoiled Went to get a replacement using my backup specs to just change lens, but after the eye test was told i do not need to replace as there is no changes in degree and can continue to use it as a main specs. Very patient and friendly during the eye test, did not even charge me for wasting his time as i do not need a new pair. Very honest business, definitely will come back for my next pair. Highly recommended

Big thanks to Roy & his colleague for staying back after closing hours just to fix my wife glasses's broken frame. She had accidentally stepped on it and we had to rushed down to e shop. But not before calling e shop and making appointment. It took him less 15mins to get it fixed and he didnt even charged us a cent. A big thank you again. This past 8 years because of Roy Koh Senior General Manager keep WhatsApp me in personal and update me any special offer for any new spectacle and lens. And the last collecting my acuvue Moist Lens on 28 Nov, he did a very special impressed me greeting and smiling and caring and answer me of his past 10 years experience. Now a days, Seldom General Manager Like Him. Without him I may not supporting otimax vision. And I took his 20 Name Card share with my friends and colleauge.
