A. Y.The staff at the Owndays outlet were very patient, friendly and very professional in providing their advice and services. Very happy to make my spectacles here and I would highly recommend everyone to come here to have their glasses done.

We tried checking out with the other stores to compare though most of them were slightly half the price, I believe Owndays has the most sturdy frames as compared to other shops based on my experience since I already own an previous pair of glasses from this brand. K. i.Broke my glasses, went in to find replacement. Staff was all very friendly, gave friendly advice to check which frame suits my face shape more. Likewise, the optician gave great advice on my degree and recommend to return and check if i can adapt to the new degree and slowly correct to the right one. Thumbs up for the overall experience !

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to one of their exceptional staff members, Sophia Tan, for her outstanding service. Sophia Tan's exceptional patience and warm demeanor during my eye examination at the optical shop made me feel incredibly comfortable. Her attentive care and willingness to address my concerns created a positive experience, showcasing her professionalism and dedication to patient satisfaction.
If I may offer one feedback, it would be greatly appreciated if the process could be conducted in a more unhurried manner, allowing us the opportunity to receive the necessary assistance in removing our lenses for the eye examination. One of the male staff who tended to us was in a rush and did not offer us any assistance in this aspect. As such, we did not remove our contact lens in a sanitize manner. Thankfully, we brought our own casing. Other than that, he tended to our every other needs.
Overall, it is a place that I would recommend and we love our new glasses!

He clicked on the 5 stars rating without even asking for my permission. That happened to me 7 months ago. To put things in a fair manner, I would rate the overall experience 3.8. So far their staff generally are friendly and approached, quality of products well there is always room for improvement.

Service was prompt and I got a new pair after a 30-min wait. She also assisted me to adjust my existing pair effortlessly. Highly recommended.
