Had a great time getting a new pair of spectacles @ Taka-Paris Miki store. Excellent & professional services...-Li Ning took time & effort to assess my eyesight, fittings, etc. Was also pleasantly surprised by the follow-up text to check in on how I was doing with the new spectacles. Store staff never rushed through the process, but spent time patiently & sincerely with each customer. Thank u!

I love Simon Kho’s professional customer service! He is filled with smiles and his warmth towards us elevated our customer experience at Paris Miki Takashimaya. Called Paris Miki Takashimaya for urgent making of my glasses due to emergency. The operator at their hotline immediately checked for stock and informed technician Mr Simon Kho to stand by before my arrival. The Japanese staff helped to double check the prescription. Simon helped to find back my focus of the day by providing a proposal for the best prescriptional use of my temporary glasses. It was a last-minute order of single vision for my new pair of glasses; he did it within an hour. I was impressed that the team helped me to double check efficiently the prescriptions of the past and present. Simon sorted out the new colour of the Paris Miki in-house titanian frame with suggestions. All was done in one hour with great service incredibly.

I started getting my eyes checked and purchasing contact lens at Paris Miki Taka since early 2023. Usually served by Xiang Ning, I find that staff here are professional and detailed in the entire process of eye check, lens fitting (they care to do so even you've been wearing contacts for years but new customer here), and the redemption of Lazada coupon/Acuvue rewards. This is in contrast to my previous experience at another place, who was not even clear about the coupons and rewards to begin with and required another trip to collect the lens.

Simon Kho attended to me at the physical shop and he was nice, no pressure in sales and explained to me what he feels about the different frames.
