This is my 2nd pair of bifocal glasses with Lens Men. And they have been ever so patient in doing the checks and listening to my feedback (with my previous pairs from other opticians). This year, took my daughter along to make her 1st pair with Lens Men. Both of us are really happy with our glasses.

I went to the Lens men and they were really helpful in tailoring me a pair of specs specific to my needs. Staff were friendly, the process was Quick and seamless from start to finish. Got exactly what I needed at good price too. Highly recommend the Lens Men. They listen, they advise and they don’t hard sell!

Would like to thank lady staff Xingnian for attending to us as my son wanted to get contact lenses and a new pair of glasses. Xingnian was super patient in guiding my son on how to handle the contact lenses. She also didn’t rush us as my son was choosy about the spectacle frames. She showed my son many frames and gave us advices and We spent about 1hour plus in the shop. Thanks once again for the top-notch and honest service for the past 4 years.

Been going to this shop since my sec sch or poly days. My default person to go to is Leslie. His service is always top notch and he always recommend me the specs that suits me best lol. His other colleagues are also friendly and helpful even when they are not the one who get the sales. Recommended place to go to as the folks are nice and friendly and you are not rushed to making a decision on the specs and whether to buy or not.

Excellent and professional service with reasonable price. I gotten my glasses done from them years ago. Needed to get my daughter's vision assessment done this time round and they were patient, accommodative and nice. Will definitely go back again. Location is convenient, next to parkway parade.

The best optical shop one should not missed. Ever since I made my first pair of Laura Ashley’s specs with them in 2016, I never walk into any other shop. The Lens Men not only provide professional service, the progressive lens specs they made for me won’t cause me headache wearing it the whole day. Not many optical shops can do up a good pair of progressive lenses specs. I have since made 7 pairs of specs with them from 2016-2020.

I bought a pair of Diesel glasses from Lensman in 2021. Unfortunately it had a defect that caused the rims to snap apart at the place where they were soldered together. When it first happened, Lensman gave me a replacement set (same model). Months later, the same issue happened again on the replacement set. Lensman professionally and honestly acknowledged that it was likely due to a inherent defect from the manufacturer and offered another replacement set, but this time from another brand/model. The boss spent time to select all the frames that would fit my existing lenses and let me choose. At the end of it, I walked away satisfied with a new frame, and grateful to Lensman whom I have patronized since many years ago.
