Dr Chuah and his team have been attending to my family’s eye care needs for many years. His experience and expertise were most apparent after I suffered a retina tear, which he managed with utmost care and reassurance. My wife and I periodically consult with Dr Chuah for our eye check up. He is friendly and also able to explain matters simply that is understandable to us. He does not rush through the consultation but takes the time needed and is always patient with us. He diagnosed and immediately treated the retina tear in both eyes of my wife, which she wasn’t even aware of. As a bonus, he provides us with collaterals to explain eye issues that are applicable to us. Recently, he treated successfully an eye issue my son had and advised him on follow up care to prevent a recurrence. He is our go to ophthalmologist for our family.

Total Eyecare is totally professional. From my 1st eye examination through the surgery, the experience has been more than delightful. The team of staff treated me a VIP and chatted with sincere care, putting me at ease at all times. Post surgery follow ups were diligent and the entire journey was a breeze. Much hard work and professionalism had to be in place prior. Dr Gerard is patient and caring yet firm to caution about eye care. No! No No rubbing of eyes, ever, ok? It has been 2 months since and I am blessed to be having a 6/6 vision now. Thank you, thank you Total Eyecare !

10 years ago Dr Chuah saved my eyes from blindness, because I had a huge retinal tear. After 10 years, I had cataract surgery on the left eye in Indonesia because it wasn't good, it finally dropped, and I did the operation again with Dr Chuah, the second time he saved my eye. In terms of price, it is 2x cheaper than surgery at other Singapore hospitals. Thank you Dr Chuah 🙏
