J. C.Excellent service, reasonably priced and great quality glasses. The sales personnel here are knowledgeable, non pushy and detail-oriented during diagnosis and recommendation of product.
Side note, my last pair of glasses was also from Zoff (Orchard).
I thought I bought it two to three years ago, but sales staff checked their records n it was showed to be 4.5years ago.
Those glasses are still holding up well (just slightly scratched up).
Every time I pass by a Zoff outlet, they give me free polishing and even change of nose pads when needed.
Says something about their high standard of service. 🙌

우.Excellent service here, my degree was miscalculated at the OC branch and i am glad i got my eyesight reanalysed here for better accuracy for my eyesight! It was a drastic difference, and i can't believe i subjected my eyes to poor sight despite having to trust a professional for it.

V.Professional and nice. The glasses are so comfortable, feel like no glasses. They also help to clean your glasses for free. One year guarantee for the lens and frame. Recommend!
N. H.I stopped by to get some assistance with my son's glasses. One of the arms came loose and was in need of a minor repair. They told me it was a bit more involved than simply tightening the screw because there was a spring they needed to adjust so they asked me to leave the glasses with them and come back in 30 minutes. We had lunch, went back and the glasses were back to normal, and at no charge, even though the glasses hadn't been purchased there. Very much appreciated the help!
