M. L.Queue is fast. Counter staffs seem a bit overwhelmed with loads of work. Not so friendly… First visit here to get treatment for elderly mom. Physician is a teacher with 3 young learner standing together. Hope the TCM medicine is effective for my mom.

G. P.First time seeing physician there. My registration is a breeze, first get a Q number then sit and watch your number being call. Counter recep is polite, even apologise for speaking loud because there is renovation going on. Physician is good asked alot of questions to understand my condition better. After consultation she ask me to wait infront of dispensary for my name being called. The dispensary aunty is curt but NOT rude, told her my first time taking medicine she explained to me how to take. For those reading my review, show some graciousness, there is NO VIP treatment for a NOn-profit organisation, patience is a must. The medication plus consultation is already very low as compare to outside.
For those still frustrated with the service. I was there again. This time went at 11.30am to get early q number for afternoon registration. Notice the registration/dispensary staff oversee 170 patients per shift from 9am to 1pm and thats only 4 ppl handling this load. Not inclusive those who make appointment previously. Har, beat that!
J. L.It was my first time and it was very confusing. You have to first get a queue ticket, and then get another sheet of paper with another queue number that assigns you to a room. If a kind member of the public didn't inform me, I wouldn't have known.
Though I must say my knee pain felt 80% better after treatment. I saw Dr Ng Sin Huat. He may be a little slow as he looks to be over 80 years old. He has many students observing and helping him.
You can pay $7 for a volunteer doctor or $17 for a paid doctor. Of course I paid $17 haha

看.I have been seeing Dr. Zeng Yuzhu for about a month recently. I have a lot of problems. I have many problems when sleeping. I have a tight head and a bit of pain when I wake up. Bone spurs in my back will cause numbness. I have dysmenorrhea with blood clots. I feel tired easily. I also have fibroids and other problems. Recently, I have been slowly improving after taking the traditional Chinese medicine prescribed by Dr. Zeng Yuzhu. I will continue to take care of it, because traditional Chinese medicine conditioning requires patience and time. I hope to continue to make progress slowly.
