Dr Yumi Yen and Kim were great! My first time visit and they were very welcoming. Dr Yumi was knowledgeable and detailed trying to understand my condition. Felt like a new person after treatment!

Visited PULSE for my first ever TCM experience. I went for a stiff neck and was helped by Kim and treated by Dr Patricia Wong. I was treated using a combination of acupuncture and cupping both of which were surprisingly quite nice. Dr Wong was very kind and explained in detail the methods and rationale and took great care in asking if I was comfortable with the approach and gauging my level of discomfort throughout. I walked out of the clinic after 45 min feeling much better. The stiff neck I had suffered for 4 days felt much better almost instantly and I have regained substantially all range of motion in my neck and the pain virtually gone. I’ll definitely go back in the future and would recommend for anyone considering TCM. Very professional and nice.

Always a pleasure to visit PULSE because of the cheerful disposition of the frontline staff and super positive Physician Yen. She managed to alleviate the ailments that I have suffered for a long time. I found relief from the pain in my lower back, as well as numbness in my upper limbs from the gua sha, acupuncture and moxibustion. It may seem scary at first but Physician Yen's skilful treatment, clear explanation and assurance helped greatly. 🙏
