For the clueless, "ho chiak" is similar to the Japanese expression "oishi", which loosely means that something tastes good. So does the food here live up to the bold claim? Visually they look promising, so I had my usual egg, vegetables and fried chicken ($4.80). The prawn paste chicken was very good, juicy and flavourful but not too salty. Better than KFC in my view. On the whole I'd agree the food is above average. If it were near my home I could eat this every day.
