Excellent and Wonderful highlights from the Inspector Officer that inspect my new BTO house unit. Not only that, officer too did include in details even though its a small scratches during time of inspection. Therefore i would give a Shout Out to all out there! Elton was great support throughout the entire home inspection process - he supported me in all 3 inspections. He took his time to meticulously inspect every corner of the house. His knowledge of construction and potential problems was impressive. He explained everything clearly and patiently, answering all my questions in detail. I've engaged Advanced Inspection for my new BTO unit at Tengah (a very rushed project by HDB bcos of COVID) and I'm extremely satisfied with the inspection service provided. Elton was assigned to be my inspector and he was very meticulous and professional. After his thorough inspection (identified 52 areas of defect: ranging from hollow walls, window panes factory defects, water pressure too low, chipped tiles, data point faulty, numerous poor finishing in different areas...), I really have that peace of mind that my unit is thoroughly checked. After the entire process (3 rounds of inspection), I really felt the difference and have that assurance that my unit is handover-ed in a good condition. Highly recommended professional services by Jason! Jason was very patient and meticulous in ensuring all areas are checked and defects are marked. He also provided very detailed and clear report with pictures after each joint inspections, making it easy for my reporting to the defect team. There were a total of 3 visits- first inspection which he spent more than an hour checking out the unit and marking defects, followed by joint inspection with developer team to go through the findings with them and lastly joint inspection again to go over the fixes and any outstanding items. Overall a very pleasant and reliable service, thank you Jason!

I am very happy with Advance Inspection, and especially Siraj who took care of all the checks and communication with the developer's defects team and George for arranging and accommodating to defects team last minute schedules. Siraj was very professional and patient throughout the 3 visits. I am glad that i have let Advanced Inspection to do my own property's defects check. Calvin was the inspector that helped me at all three sessions. He was frank, honest, and able to answer all my questions. I'm not very strong in knowledge related to defect checks or interior design and he was able to educate me in many areas, and did a super thorough job during the inspection itself. When we did our joint inspection with BSC (from HDB), the HDB inspector challenged a number of items in the defects report. If I had done it on my own, I probably would have given in and agreed to the challenges, on account that I don't have the know-how to provide the right rebuttal. But Calvin was playing that role very well in brokering the conversation, and in the end we managed to push all the defects through with no pushback. It has been a completely smooth experience and I would highly recommend Advance to anyone - absolutely zero complaints whatsoever, a flawless experience and a fantastic service!
