After finding out my flight was delayed over 9 hours , I really appreciated Steve’s kindness and understanding. Despite managing a huge line of customers looking for a room to nap in at 2 am , he was very friendly and sympathetic towards my situation. He was able to squeeze me in and find me a nice room for the night. The room was very clean and perfect for a stopover. The lounge in terminal two offers common bathrooms but they were very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was really good as well. It was an intercontinental menu with a variety of items for everyone. The lounge is very clean and the staff very kind. Would definitely recommend!

We had wanted to visit the SATS premier lounge but they were fully booked that evening. So we settled for Ambassador Transit Lounge. However it’s smaller scale and the variety of food is quite limited not withstanding the quality of the food. If I had a choice, I won’t go to Ambassador Lounge as it’s not luxurious. My Priority Pass entitles me to any airport lounge.

I had an exceptional experience at the Ambassador Transit Lounge, and I can’t recommend it highly enough to others! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding, particularly from the reception desk team. Steven deserves a special mention; his care, attention, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made my visit memorable. The lounge itself was very clean and very comfortable, allowing me to have a pleasant layover experience. The variety and quality of food were equally impressive, offering plenty of excellent options for me to enjoy. There are also plenty of seating options and charging areas, ensuring high comfort. All staff are incredibly friendly! But most of all, Steven’s thoughtful and considerate customer service really stood out to me. He went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and had everything I needed during my stay. Particularly, as a solo traveller under 18, this extra support and care was extremely helpful and appreciated. I felt safe and well looked after throughout this experience. It’s rare to find this level of personalised care, and yet it truly made all the difference! So a real shoutout to Steven - you are a legend! Wow first time trying out a Lounge and will definitely come again anytime in this airport. 🥰All the the staff is so amazing. A couple of outstanding staff members are Ms. Xiao Yu and Mr. Veloo, so kind and helpful. The food is incredible 🤩🤤 with great variety and chill vibes 🤩🥰🤓.

I appreciated the quick and efficient service from Mr. Velou and his associates. It was very nice to have a hot shower after a long flight. The lounge was clean and comfortable. The food was good too. I'll be happy to visit again, the next time I have a layover in Singapore.

The service from the receptionist so fantastic with the warm welcome. The buffet spread is totally awesome with the selection of breakfast foods too. But unfortunately the service staff (old chinese uncle wearing glasses and mask & I don’t even bother his name- on duty at 1121am on 16th Aug) is totally not in the right position to work with in this fantastic lounge. Should trained him in order to answer the question from the guest instead of being sarcastic. I asked him how to go to smoking area, but he directed me to go a big loop round to go out to Sunflower Garden. When I repeated the 2nd time of my question, he gave the exact direction with being sarcasm towards by saying “ JUST OPEN THE DOOR LOR” with the tone of sarcasm. Yes, all the passenger are not familiar with the lounge but at least have some courtesy how to be a good way to answer instead of sarcasm. Thank you.

The lounge facility itself is solid—decent food, clean showers, etc.—but the lounge was overcrowded with random crying babies and sick people (one dude was coughing like crazy), which made the experience a lot less pleasant than it should have been. The point of a lounge is to provide a quiet, comfortable place to relax before a flight, and this didn't feel quite like it.

I decided to go for the gym access with 3h lounge use package at the transit lounge during my flight layover. Although the gym was small, it was still well-equipped and thankfully there was no one else at the time. Had access to the shower afterwards too which was very clean. Afterwards I had a healthy meal at the salad station. I had a very satisfying and refreshing stay overall :)

Veloo, the lovely gentleman at the front desk completely turned my day around. I was supposed to have access to the Singapore lounge with the ticket I bought, but I was denied entry and they were quite rude to me. Probably because I did not look like the business class type. Veloo, on the other hand was so lovely, greeted me with a big smile and warm words. He checked in on me and made sure all my needs were attended to and even let me charge my Nintendo switch behind his desk as I couldn't find my cord.. There's lots of yummy food at this lounge, However not many are labeled as vegetarian or gluten-free so if you have any dietary restrictions this may not be the lounge for you if you are hungry for a meal. However, there are a lot of snacks available such as fruit, ice cream, and a salad bar. There Is a variety of seats, including a few seats in an outdoor area for smoking or fresh air. Many of the seats have their own personalized charging stations. There are four hard alcohol drink options, red and white wine and beer for alcoholic beverages. If you have a chance to stop at this lounge, I hope you get blue or someone equally as lovely!

Located at one end of Terminal 2, I usually avoid this lounge but I had a longer wait today for my flight so decided to be a bit more adventurous. There is a 3 hour limit, so they make you wear a sticker with a time stamp as you enter. I actually like the layout - there is table seating near the food display, and then there is another area where single seats have charging stations and another area where there is a half sofa that is good enough for a comfortable curl if you want to nap. As to the food, there’s a DIY salad station, bread selection, hot and cold drink selection, rice with choice of meat, fish and vegetable dishes plus pasta too. The soup was hot and tasty and can be topped with croutons. There is also a small dimsum station and a live cooking station where you can order noodles with chicken and soup. Fresh fruits are also available. The best surprise was an ice cream cart in one corner - choose your Magnolia flavor from chocolate to vanilla to strawberry.

Overall, one of the less inspiring lounges I have visited. Alcohol choices limited to 2 tickets per person. Warm food choices a little limited, and depressingly empty. Very noisy, with clattering dishes all the time. Just off the smoking lounge, so a constant tinge of cigarette smoke in the air. Seating was ok, with choices of table, lounge style and coffee table style.

Having arrived after a long flight, Jun and Steven helped me get settled in, and even offered me a free upgrade for a night’s stay at the Transit Hotel. I greatly appreciated their generous hospitality, and will definitely be back again in the future!

I was very impressed with the Ambassador transit lounge staff at Changi Airport Terminal 2, Ms Ivy. She served the guests sincerely and explained to one of the guests who came about the food available, because the guest (a young man from India) could not eat certain foods. Ms. Ivy also remembers guests who came, like me, for the second time. And the third time. I am very happy with this service. When I came at 1am. I want to eat bread, Ms. Ivy helped me heat bread and found me a comfortable place to sleep. When I asked to be woken up in the morning, she granted my request. I really like this place. In the Ambassador transit lounge there is a smoking area right outside the door next to the sunflower garden. This place is very calm and comfortable for me. Thank you Ms. Ivy , I will never forget you my dear friend. God bless you 🙏💖🤗 Miss Pei Shan also helped me change the language on my cell phone and helped me charge my weak cell phone battery. Ambasador transit lounge in Terminal 2 will continue to serve the guests with more local signature dishes and choices of bread (I love the crossant).💖💖💖💖💖

Here you will receive two alcohol exchange tickets and exchange them for red, white wine and beer. There is food, but I feel like it's not enough. There is another SATA PLemier lounge not far away that you can use as a priority, so that one has unlimited alcohol, sparkling wine, and a wide variety of food. If you have Priority, you can eat for free at nearby restaurants, so it's best to research before going.

I was sightseeing in Singapore where it was over 30 degrees and used this service on a late night flight. I was sweaty and tired, but it cost about 5,600 yen for use of the shower room, stay for 3 hours, and lounge food. I forgot my priority, so I made a reservation on another site. I was afraid of changing terminals, so I made a reservation 10 minutes before arriving at the lounge, but I was able to make a reservation without any problems after showing the QR code. Around 10pm. A fluffy bath towel and toothbrush are also provided. In terms of hygiene, it's okay. Is it bad that there is little drainage when using it? That's about it. There are no bath mats, so if you use them wisely, you won't have any problems. If you are concerned about this, it may be more comfortable to bring disposable slippers from your hotel. *Co-ed. The image is that it feels more like a private room and is more beautiful than a pool or shower. There was a booth with a hair dryer that looked like a powder room, and the table was quite dusty, so I wiped it all down with a disinfectant wipe. When I was there, someone came in to clean the room afterward, so it seems like it's being cleaned regularly. The time I used the meal was around 11pm, so the live cooking had finished. There were rice noodles, eight treasures, teriyaki chicken, muffins, ice cream, sandwiches, bean buns, and chicken soup. I saw a customer offering Tiger Beer as well. The man at the reception was very friendly and kind, and when I was standing in front of the food booth he explained things to me and asked if I needed a toothbrush. We received positive guidance. I didn't book a hotel because I had a late night flight on the day I returned, so I thought I could just take a shower, eat dinner, and relax for 5,600 yen. By the way, I felt like I was able to relax in the lounge and have a happy time. But, after all, priority is a good deal (lol)
