Strategically located near Lentor and YCK mrt, near a secondary and primary school, JC, polytechnic, wet market and hawker centre, three coffeeshops, two temples and a community centre (currently under renovation as at date of review Jun 2023). The void deck has an NKF dialysis centre and houses the community centre office while the main club is under renovation. The police station and fire station are nearby. Mosque, library, polyclinic and AMK central is only 4 to 5 busstops away. Good access to a wide open air carpark. You will not have issues finding a parking space. Some residents can even park at their favourite spots everyday. Currently, there is a minor construction work to erect a sheltered dropoff at the centre of the block. 12 storey flat with three lifts that stops at every floor. Breezy thruout the year. No direct morning/afternoon sun shining directly into the house. Residents are generally of older generation but are very friendly and helpful.

It is a public housing estate. There is a community centre and a dialysis centre and other local businesses and a temple surrounding it.
