Jack was literally our saviour. My family is eternally grateful to him for coming the rescue and making mom’s last journey seemless. We held mom’s wake at Singapore casket and on the cremation day, as I was finalising the ash collection details, I realised Singapore casket thoroughly screwed up and did not arrange for the marble slab and engraving and also did not apply for add on to the niche (yes !!! very very shocking at their sloppiness and unprofessionalism). We only had less than 24h as the ash collection and niche ritual was planned at 830am the following morning. My whole family was totally flabbergasted and I remembered jack who did my late dad’s niche. I called jack and asked if he could rush the job for us overnight. Jack was so efficient. He asked me to WhatsApp him mom death cert and name and in barely half hour the wordings were out. I was totally impressed. To think i kept reminding the service staff at spore casket and they had 4 days of leap time and they totally screwed up mom’s funeral. Thank you Jack.

From the bottom of my heart, we wish to extend our deepest appreciation to Ms Valerie and Mr Johnny, as well as Ms Teddy and all the CCKMC staff who had assisted us on the exhumation service, niche and plaque installation for my late mum. They had done an excellent job. Specially wish to thank Ms Valerie for her patience and assistance rendered in the editing of my mum’s niche photo and plaque layout/design etc. Her response time is superb. She is very understanding and try her best to accede to our numerous requests. 👍🏻 CCKMC’s workmanship is fantastic!! My mum’s plaque and niche photo are awesomely done up👍🏻 Also, our appreciation goes to Mr Johnny too!! We are thankful to him for assisting and guiding us on the exhumation rituals, ash collection etc. 🥰 Keep it up, CCKMC!! You guys are wonderful. :)
