I went to CASE to seek help and advice regarding one contract I signed with an organisation. I did not have much expectations at first, as I was there to ask for some advice and understand the steps I could take in my position of the dispute. The staff who helped me with my case is Shermaine. She was very friendly and patient with my request, and she even took the effort to stay back in office to help me with filing my case. She was clear in her recommendations, and her subsequent follow-up over email was very prompt. I really want to commend her efforts to help me, and to liaise with the firm I was dealing with. Eventually, I got my case resolved (there was compromise from both the firm and I). Thank you for providing such professional and genuine customer service :) I would recommend anyone to give CASE a visit if you need some professional advice regarding your legal position as a consumer/customer!
On 29 January, I went to CASE to consult with an officer. Mr Lau Jiang Ming was the officer who helped me. He was helpful, informative and patient. He heard my case with full attention, and proceeded to explain, listen and answer all my concerns. I wish to thank him once again for putting my mind at ease and for helping me to see things in the proper perspective. He also recommended extra help if I wish to have more reassurance concerning my case. Once again, thank you CASE for your professional officer.
I went on 19 Feb to consult a case although it is defined as non consumer sales. The officer Sharon has been so thoroughly, patiently and politely explaining the situation and advice me the best way to move forward. Really appreciate her professional presentation and caring! Thumb up!
