The machines were well-maintained, and the controls were responsive and easy to use. The ambiance was just perfect with the flashing lights and the sound of the games creating an exciting environment. What I loved most about this store is its level of affordability. The prices of the games were reasonable and the value for me sure shot up way higher than the investment. Overall, I had the time of my life at the video arcade store and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun way to pass the time. The staff was courteous and accommodating, the games were of the best quality, and the environment was simply perfect. I give this store a whopping five-star rating for its excellent service and dedication.

Ever since they changed the staff at CPCM Jurong Point, i slowly lost interest, service slow. New staff way too strict, many machines rigged. Many other regular players no longer visit the outlet. Revert back to the previous staff lah. Y’all already rig the game, at least give us back our favourite staff. We build rapport with them, suddenly never see their faces anymore.

This place is awesome! Bigger than others so far. Has a variety of games to play with. The best-earned tickets are Monopoly dice and fishing. Able to garner a high number of tickets and high returns. Highly recommended to go during promotional period to get better deal out of your cash.

My favourite arcade is cow play cow moo because is it fun and can win tickets but those you in uniform you are not allowed to enter because of your school uniform so ya you should wear your home clothes can enter

Have been visiting Jurong Point’s CPCM quite frequently and saw a few familiar staff that were very hardworking during our visits. Love coming to CPCM JP. Thumbs up for the cheerful and jovial lady staff, Jes. She is extremely helpful and will come to our assistance when we encounter any error. Always see her running around topping up tickets, clear machine of any errors, replenishing the Toys and packing stuff. When is not around, we have to wait a long time for help to come. Seems like only she is working.

Less crowded, better managed by the stall manager unlike the one at suntec. At least, over here there's a attendant at the ticket eater corner. Much more variety of rewards to choose from.

Jurong point outlet: Most of machines are not in the working condition. Even in the weekends, some of the machines are taped up and is unable to play. Technician is not doing his job at all.

A Good place to relax and have fun still like the older days using token win tickets 🎟 and exchange prizes. Which I like. But don't expect the stuff to be friendly.
