Staff are friendly and efficient. Our children have a great time here. The area seems bigger than the kidztopia @ waterway point. Its clean and enjoyable for kids with full range of activities.

Brought kids over to kiztopia at Changi cos it’s near our place. Both kids, 2 and 6 love the place. though it looks small but it’s alot more fun than expected. Will visit again whenever we are free :)

This place is newly opened. It has a lot of interactive activities despite looking so small. Don’t be fooled by the appearance. There are a lot of activities. It may be more suitable for toddlers and not for babies who can crawl.

Heard lots of great reviews about kiztopia in general so i decided to bring my nieces to the jewel branch the other day for the first time. They enjoyed themselves so much. The place was pleasant, clean and extremely safe for kids to play in. The staff were also very attentive. After spending the day there, my nieces kept insisting on going back again!

went on a weekday afternoon and there weren't many kids around so it was great for our toddler! looked small from the outside but there was actually quite a variety of things to play and explore. some things can be better maintained though! e.g. ball shooting machine wasn't really working. but it was a good experience overall. will be back again during non-peak hours!

Quite clean and spacious. Fun playtime. Suitable for toddlers and children up till 10 years old imo. Staff were friendly and attentive. Pleasant experience overall.

It's our first time here! The place might be small but it is clean, cute and new! They have a aeroplane cabin area for the kids to watch a show, a sandpit, and a big ball pool area. Our kids are enjoying!

Despite the warm environment, I really enjoyed my time at Kiztopia Jewel! Nashira and Kendrick were incredibly friendly and pleasant at the front desk, making us feel welcome right from the start. Hafizah and Wei Jun were very attentive, always looking over the children and ensuring their safety. It’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about creating a fun and safe space for both kids and parents. Thank you for making our experience so enjoyable! Highly recommended!

Kidztopia jewel is cosy and just the right size for my kids. There are also many other toys and activites within the premise. I would highly recommend for kids to spend just an hour here if parents needs to shop.

My kid has been a regular patron at Jewel Kitztopia and staff here are friendly and we have always been very welcome. Staff Fiqah and Staff Fizah, every staff here have been very helpful, pleasant and assertive.

Not too crowded on weekdays, nice place for kids to play in, lots of different areas. Love the travel theme!

Great spot for my 4 hour layover. Should have an outlet opened back in the states. Amazing! Will come back once I visit SG again.

The Changi Airport kiztopia is bigger than Jurong point outlet. More games in the ball pit area as well. There are plenty of seating area for adult. Clean and specious. 👍🏻👍🏻 my kids enjoy themselves
