Without a doubt, this is the best place to get traditional, authentic HK style desserts in Singapore. The auntie takes a lot of pride in her creations and grinds everything by hand - we have tried their sesame / almond / red bean paste and gingko barley, and they were all full of unadulterated goodness (真材实料!). My favourite is the sesame - I don't think I can eat another bowl of sesame paste elsewhere now that I know how the real deal is supposed to taste! We also tried their Polish cheesecake and a variety of cakes like winter melon salted egg and walnut longan. They were all quite tasty and affordably priced. Auntie is very friendly and welcoming. I really hope she gets more business!

Hidden gem at Golden Mile hawker centre. Bake by a humble lady. Best cakes we have ever tried. Must try her salted egg melon cake and many more. Advance order is required.

An inconspicuous stall. There is no gorgeous kitchen window, but a cake chef is hidden. The cake tastes first-class. We have tried four flavors of whole cake.. Be sure to pre-order one day in advance. Salted egg yolk winter melon ❤️ Longan meat walnut Carrot walnut Coffee walnut.
