Reviews of Masjid Temenggong Daeng Ibrahim
Alhamdullilah. Prayers at this masjid is always so pleasant. The prayer hall inside is large, airy and really comfortable to pray in. The sound system is also very effective so it adds another dimension to the overall experience. There are lots of volunteers so you really feel like this is a close-knit community who runs the operations here. This masjid is unique - it is operated by MUIS but is owned by the Johor state government.
Centrally located, it is a stone’s throw away from HarbourFront MRT. For drivers, it is recommended to get there early as parking inside is limited - the nearest after that would be at Seah Im Food Centre.
The main prayer hall of Masjid Temenggong is well ventilated with ceiling fans and the layout allows adequate wind to enter and cool the hall. Carpets are thick and clean. Staffs and volunteers are friendly. SMM are in place due to the pandemic situation.
Great place to pray with parking facilities and great space for male and female worshippers. Jumah prayers has lot of crowd happy to see it. If only it was in regular prayers as well.
Land yhat still belongs to malaysia, johore
The place of peace. Free car park. Nice structure
The only mosque I’ve been that’s truly attentive for the elderly.
I truly admire the ablution area where the floor material is completely non-slippery.
Something I’ve silently wish every mosque has.
No issue for parking if you reach there in non-peak hours.
I’ve been guided to muslimah praying area from one of the committee without me asking.
Very nice and clean mosque. There's a place for you to rest, eat and chit chat at the back of the toilets.
Super convenient mosque, only a few minutes walk to Vivocity.
The closest mosque to Vivo City. Calm and serene place of worship. The new carpeting is so soft and comfortable. Relatively small mosque. 1 level. Limited and narrow parking lots. Canteen area has lots of refreshments. They usually offer free food after ‘asr prayer.
Love the mosque. The surrounding is clean and restroom too.
I love how peaceful it is.
Near to my workplace. Thank you for the cleanliness environment.
The mosque is located near to vivocity. There is one exit mrt nearest to it. It is good for Muslim to pray in the middle of shopping time. The mosque is pretty clean and tidy. The wash room also clean.
Very beautiful masjid. Ma Shaa Allah lot of food and drinks in this Masjid no time to try
Nice open concept, like an open spacious hall. There's a canteen on the outside, right side where people can chill. They sell stuff like fish crackers. You can also relax at space outside near the ablution/wash area.
Beautiful Mosque with clean restroom. A very big ceiling fan at the main prayer hall plays a good job of delivering cold air.
Very well peacefull place and clean
A unique mosque in Singapore which is under the administration of the State of Johore. Technically this is Malaysian land. 5 minute walk from Vivocity and is the nearest Sunni Muslim mosque from Sentosa. Spacious and occasionally sells food and drinks. Friday prayers are held here as usual.
I love this masjid as the place is so quiet and serene. There are not many steps to go thru and my wife love to do her prayers like I do.
Masjid Temenggong Daeng is the BEST & my favourite Mosque. This Mosque & it's land belongs to Sultan of Johore. They have their own private ample parking space both for cars & motorbike which band from Certis from entering to issue 'ticket'. Vy unique Mosque like a 'kampong' style w it's one ground level prayer hall n enough to accommodate for Friday Prayers. For Muslimah is just right behind d hall. Sultan of Johore generously provide free hot drinks for Muslims who attend their prayer there n sometimes they have porridge too. Best of all is the selling of their $2 SUPER BIG pac cheap.. tasty & fresh fried "keropok ikan" by Sultan Management.
As for Aid prayers, it's very calm as not much worship as compared to most mosques in Singapore.
Visited the mosque for Friday prayers. This is the few mosques in Singapore with free parking but be warned that during Fridays and festive days and evenings the carparks will be filled up. You can park across at Vivocity carpark or at tge Seah Imm public carpark. On Friday they provided lunch of kampung style malay dishes and rice at a small token amount. The mosque prayer area is huge.
One of the oldest mosque in Singapore. I believe this is the nearest mosque you will find near Vivo City (There's no prayer room there). If you are in the recreation site near Harbour Front Centre, vivo city or you want to go pass Sentosa you can go here for shalat first.
The space is huge, there is a huge parking space too therefore almost taxi drivers go here for Jumah prayer. One of my personal favourite is there are bubur and free drinks before jumah prayer, super delicious refreshment in the middle of sunny day.
I love the feel and people here is kind. Full experience for tourist can visit recreation places here and get to know local muslim .
Don't forget 5 times prayer
Interesting part of Singapore where the land is still owned by Malaysia. The imams are from Malaysia and as with any Muslim ruled country, there are supplications made after each prayer for the rulers.
There is a cemetery of the royal family within the mosque compound.
clean, comfy, masha Allah
More than 170 yrs old mosque next to Vivo city where the hall(prayer hall ) was once the late malay ruler of Spore had meeting with local people and foreign traders since Raffles era..beside it was a royal Spore-Johore family burial grounds. A must visit site for Spore's history lovers eventhough it is not open to tourist.A rare sight of Spore's yesteryears.
I hv been praying at this mosque since 60s when it was a wooden structure. The imam, bilal n noja are friendly n they welcome the jemaah. Though now staying in the East, I will drop by when I am in the area.
beautiful mosque, clean and neatly arranged, quiet on the sidelines of the busy city of Singapore
great mosque near vivo city mall. they served cold drink & snack during jumuah prayer. clean place. good job.
Free parking, friendly staff and a spacious prayer area. What more could one want when visiting a mosque in Singapore!
Beautiful structure and smooth operations.
Great mosque to pray
Its belongs to the Sultan of Johore
Have parking lots but limited
Food can be bought there especially on Friday
Friendly staff & good place to take a nap for little while. Only for Muslims. The mosque was funded and own by theJohor Sultan.
One of the best mosque in Singapore interm of cleanliness first class toilet good the carpet is thicker compare to rest off the mosque
Many parking places. Loud calls of prayer. But then again that happens when mosques doesn't belong to the singapore govt

Guad
The congregation of the mosque is very friendly, the mosque is beautiful, there is a bidet, there is a water-cooler, there is a canned water machine..there are meals on Fridays..there needs to be aircond and TV to make it easier for people or travelers to stop by the mosque..
Nice and Clean Mosque
A very strategic place next to Vivo Mall so it's easy to pray...
I am a tourist from Indonesia, more precisely from Surabaya. Last night I stopped by for Maghrib prayers. Before praying, I took my ablution. First, I happened to take off my green Rose Gold Apple Watch. I put it in the place next to the pipe. I took it off. I was in a rush. I forgot to pray with my watch. I just remembered that when I arrived at the hotel, my husband came back to look for the Apple Watch but it wasn't there... please help, maybe someone will find it and entrust it to the mosque administrator. Thank you...
As tourists from Indonesia, this is the first experience for me and my children in carrying out Friday prayers at the Temenggong Daeng Ibrahim mosque, because the location is not far from Vivo City.
Before performing Friday prayers, there is green bean porridge and Tarik tea (very delicious) which can be eaten straight away.
And when we came home, the mosque administrator gave us 1 box of briyani rice to eat, and (again) delicious Tarik tea, mashaaAllah...
The management and Friday prayer congregation at this mosque are very friendly, this is the impression we got... Barakallahu fiikum to everyone, I hope the mosque here will become more prosperous and develop in the future. Aaamiin aaamiin Allahumma amen...warm greetings from Indonesia.
Before the inspection to the work location, Sunnah prayer here. Alhamdulillah, blessings of the affairs of this world & hereafter.
Morning prayers here after a night of riding around the corners of Singapore
The mosque around Vivo Mall is clean, the walls are thick
