Hi, I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for how you’ve handled the recent negative reviews. I really enjoyed the way you addressed the situation through a video, as it shows a proactive approach to feedback. It’s refreshing to see a company standing strong and continuing to improve despite the criticism. In my opinion, some customers can be overly entitled, and small things—like not smiling—shouldn’t be taken as a major issue. I’ve discovered that often, customers are unhappy not because of the service or food, but because they are dealing with problems in their personal lives. For example, they might be struggling with finances, having fights with their partners, dealing with debts, or simply feeling exhausted from work. Unfortunately, they sometimes take out their frustrations on service staff, like waiters and waitresses. This seems to happen a lot nowadays. Please don’t be discouraged by those who bring negativity; I encourage you to continue your great work. I frequent this place and would recommend all to have their Spicy Salmon Mentaiko Don. Staff working at the stall are extremely friendly and approachable too. A must try if you live especially if you live nearby.
