Chanced upon One Heart Cleaning service when I was looking to disinfect my house post COVID recovery. Was elated to discover they offer general house cleaning too! Greatly assisted by friendly boss, manager (Belle) and helper (Wai)! No regrets signing on their general cleaning package that offers superb flexibility and top notch housecleaning at my convenience. Highly recommended to all 👍🏻

I am impressed and grateful when I called One Heart services at around 7pm for disinfection service urgently. He managed to come at 10pm right after their last job service that day. The team of 3 arrived punctually. They sprayed all the infected clothes, bedsheet, bed, cupboards, drawers, cabinets, walls and also wiped down all high touch points, mopped and pouring chemicals to all sinks, toilet bowls, drainages and even my shoes shelves that was outside my corridor. The whole process took approx. 30-45mins. After job done, I feel super clean inside out. The team reminded us to leave it dry on it own and can enter the house once we were ok with the smell. Thumb up to their service 👍🏻👍🏻 Indeed very professional and thorough cleaned! Thank you for keeping my family safe from viruses. 😊 Highly recommended!

Been engaging One heart cleaning services.. so good to have some one cleaning the house for me while i taking care of my little ones. Zin zin is very good and i love how she will auto clean some of the places that I didn’t even tell her.

Recently as a social service, we had to clean up a 3-room flat which has been left neglected for some time. After clearing out as much as we can, we still felt that the cleaning aspect was beyond our capabilities. I called One Heart Cleaning for help. First and foremost the cleaning crew came on time, which was very much appreciated. They took 5 and a half hours to clean the flat. The crew cleaned every aspect, wiping down furniture; cleaning the walls, the windows; the lighting fixtures, thorough bathroom clean-up and wiping the external and internal cupboards where possible. Even fans were wiped down. Their biggest challenge was the kitchen but they managed it admirably. The four cleaning crew did a great job. This was definitely not an easy space to clean as it was slightly crammed with furniture. I will highly recommend One Heart Cleaning for their professionalism and thorough job.

Engaged One Heart for our home cleaning services and EiEi was sent to us. She did a fantastic job with the cleaning. Although she was slightly late (15min) she reached out beforehand to inform us about the traffic. Fully understandable and very customer oriented. Execellent customer services. I need to reschedule a few times and the team is very helpful in catering to my request. During the actual day, they are very punctual and the Ops team are also very friendly. Offering us useful tips on cleaning post the disinfecting service. First time hiring a cleaner via a company/agency. Great experience! The cleaner that was sent down by the name of chocho was great- hardworking and efficient. She also speaks really good english even though shes from Myammar. Highly recommended.

Is hassle free especially the company bring all their cleaning equipments with no additional charge. I would like to compliment ah yong's effort and hard work helping to get rid of the stubborn stain on the vinyl flooring. It will be good to book 4 to 5 hours of cleaning instead 3.5 hours standard cleaning if one has quite a number of furnitures.

I contacted Zhi Wei In Sunday and he came back immediately and agreed a time slot to clean my place on Tuesday. I had a hard time finding cleaning services as many others were already engaged. Thanks Zhi Wei. The team then came punctually on Tuesday and helped us the house. No fuss and went about their work efficiently. Special mention to Ah Sin who’s been very responsible in the way he went about his work! Kudos !
