Y. E.Went to view a 5R unit here. Awesome view for those units facing the punggol waterway park. Can see the sea on left, river in front & beautiful greenery all around. Almost feel like I’m back to Europe. Short walk to Mrt, mega mall & future Punggol town hub.
L. H.People who bought a house here are really lucky. Its not a premium development like the nearby Waterway Terraces 1 & 2 or the Treetop Lodge but the residents here get to enjoy the nearby Waterway Point, Safra Punggol and the future townhub and sports complex which are just a stone throw away.
