A must stop lounge visit!! Do not miss this lounge :) I must say, I even enjoyed the Singapore lounge slightly more than the Melbourne lounge. This is because of the amazing food and service. Daniel the host / waiter provided the best service. I was able to try out the shower, which was clean, light and comfortable to be in. There was no wait even though the lounge was 80% full. Highly recommend the barramundi sambal brown butter, squid with green chili and probably the best prawn wontons I have ever had.

Came here around 5pm and had to line up to get in. Place was absolutely slammed from 5pm to about 7pm. Around 7:30pm was empty. The lounge area is not so large with around 50 seats but the dinning space was large with around 200 seats. The food menu was great as always with qantas lounges and the drinks were as well. I had the signature laska, black pepper beef and mango sorbet which were all delicious. Service in the lounge is very good. An amazing place to kill time before your flight.

FIRST impressions! Well appointed lounge with great music. Fabulous place to relax before a flight. Lovely to see familiar faces too - these staff are a great representation of the Qantas brand here in Singapore.

Always best service, food first class, drinks good quality, toilet shower good, but taps could be sensitive type non touch. Brass could be bit cleaner of prints Also just flew Malaysia and they had sleep room in KL and a wandering massage in Phuket

An amazing place to stop and take a break between flights. Must say it is even better than the Sydney First class lounge. Amazing food and amazing staff all in a newly built lounge. Almost worth adding a stop in Singapore just to enjoy the lounge.

Having been to many lounges, I can confidently say that this airport lounge is the best. The quality and variety of the food options surpassed my expectations. The overall ambiance and atmosphere of the lounge provided a tranquil and inviting environment. Most importantly, the lounge staff have taken great care in creating an exceptional experience for their guests from the entrance until the dining area.

The best one world first class lounge that I have experienced so far. The service, friendliness and the foods‘ quality are excellent and awesome. We were greeted warmly by the receptionist (even though I am emerald member from Qatar Airways). Honestly this lounge can be a role model for the other one world lounges from service perspective, foods qualities and the atmosphere.

Amazing lounge with great overall amenities and design, and food that would rival most fine dining restaurants in Singapore with even better service to compliment (shout out to Vivian). Perhaps I got lucky with it being a quieter day but hands down definitely one of the best in Singapore if not the world. The only complaint is the opening hours but that can’t really be be a factor to impact the star rating!

Qantas First Lounge in Singapore. What a fantastically styled, modern, sophisticated and most appealing place to spend a few hours before the next flight. Kind, courteous and helpful staff who are clearly interested in providing the best service. Difficult to rate something better than First Class!! Congratulations Qantas.

One of the best QF lounges worldwide maybe behind the LAX lounge. Like any other QF first lounge, would highly recommend getting the calamari, classic before you board. Customer service is excellent, amenities are top quality and really coming from normal J lounge and Qantas club in other locations domestically really shows what we're missing out on internationally. Note that you're only allowed in 1 guest and 2 kids under 18. Sometimes if you ask nicely they may let in another guest if the lounge isn't too busy, but YMMV don't assume that you'll always be let in! But most of the time there will be a Platnium travelling solo who is kind enough to let an extra person tag along.

Superb food, drinks (esp cocktails) and service. Great amenities too, if flying with a OW carrier other than QF, they do not make announcements, so you just need to go up the entry counter and they will look up (eg delays, etc). Note most of the OW lounges open up at 3pm, some at 5pm

Qantas first class lounge. Basically, it is an individual order, so there are very few items that can be taken freely. The menu is limited, but the food tastes like a restaurant. It's quite delicious. The lounge is fully equipped with showers and toilets, making it very comfortable to spend time in.

A very comfortable lounge. Although there is a light buffet, the food is basically made to order, and the menu is rich and of good quality. Since it is called First Lounge, bubbles and champagne are also provided. Even if cocktails are not on the menu, they will accommodate your request. It is fully equipped and has a business center and java. The area is divided into several areas, including a dining area, a bar counter, and a sofa area, and there are also sofas where you can take a nap, so I think it's a good place to wait for a long time during transit. There is no smoking area, so you have to leave the lounge and go to the smoking area.
