Ramesh is a coach with a sincere heart to impart his knowledge to help anyone. Always so selfless to answer the many questions even during tea/lunch break,without having a break for himself.Noticed this on both times I was present for his talk. The CREW course that he held was very useful to me. Not only did I gain knowledge on the career related aspects like resume writing and interview skills, I also learned other general life skills. Ramesh is also very emotionally intelligent and is well equipped to give personal life advice and counselling to his students, which is extremely useful and relevant to the course, since a lot of the problems people face in their careers do not come in a vacuum; they may be influenced by a variety of things they face in both their personal and professional lives. Ramesh's teaching style is also unique. He is relatively more aggressive than the other instructors that have taught me - but in a good way. I welcome and appreciate it!
