As a 2nd gen jeweller, i am extremely careful on how my ears are being pierced as this will affect my work images while displaying earrings on my ears. Agnes was really friendly and patient. She was as OCD as me, and reassured the positions were even and perfect. We went back and forth a few times to confirm the ideal positions on both ears. I am thankful to have her as my technician who was willing to spend time to ensure my concerns were addressed. The result was great! I had a daith piercing that was done at a tattoo/piercing shop at Far East Plaza on 26/08/2020. Despite diligently cleaning the area as instructed, I kept having infections on and off and just so happen the day before my appointment with Stellar, the infection occured again. So on 22/06/2021 which is the piercing appointment with Stellar, I asked one of the technician if she could help me remove it. She could have said no since the piercing was done elsewhere or charge me for the removal yet she didn’t. In most people, all they care about is making sales but I assure you, the technician that helped me genuinely care for my well-being. I used the lotion on the area (where my daith was) as well. It healed from the 4th day onwards. Now it’s completely free from bumps, swelling and pus! Woohoo! By the way, I didn’t get any infection at all for my lobes since the day I got it pierced. Pictures attached are proof. Thank you so much Winnie, you’re truly a saviour! I will certainly be coming back again to get a second piercing for my lobes! 😊
