This is a beautiful condo right at City fringe, extremely convenient to get into town with 2 MRT stations within 10mins waling distance. Plenty of good local delights and international cuisines. Its located in a very interesting location that offers 24hrs of food and shopping. It also has one of the biggest swimming pool for such a medium size build up, not to mentioned friendly neighbors and diligent security guards. Definitely recommends

Rare very high ceiling new full condo in D8. Super city view as well as sea view from high floors. Units are very windy and bright. Recreational facilities are superb with infinity swimming pool, Teppanyaki, private dining, indoor and outdoor gym, children’s playground, basketball court and many others. Connectivity via public transport (bus and MRT) is superb! All amenities (shopping malls, 24-hr seven eleven and grocery shops, eating places, schools, health care facilities, park) at walking distance. A great place for living!!

Perfect central location in Singapore with lots of cafes and eateries. Accessible from 3 MRT lines and stations. Basket ball court and gym with a view.

Facilties are well maintained and security guards are friendly.

Poor management, the swimming pool changing room lock does not fit properly, toilets were very dirty. One small part of the pool seating area had food remains on the floor. Near to City Square mall.
