Wanton and Char siew give so much
The auntie and uncle abit old alr so must talk louder
Whole some af food was good and soup tasted like something.
Saw customer infront order pork knuckle and it was Huge.. next time.trying that.
Come try!
Had the wanton mee here, queue was ok but a little wait due to the noodle.
Noodle was ok, not fantastic, and the highlight charsiew is quite disappointing, if you like sweet charsiew, this might be for you. They also use a leaner cut but it's still juicy. Generally was expecting a bit more charred.
On another note, the wanton has good amount of filling, prob the saviour of the dish.
One of the best wanton mee in Singapore. The char siew is half fat half lean and juicy. The wanton is filled with pork and prawn which is very fulfilling.
There is also fried pork lard which you can add yourself if you want. The char siew is charcoal grilled.
Noodle wise is as usual not very big portion. You can add extra noodles for a bigger portion.
Queue is not long at the time 11:30am. Parking is available at the multi-storey car park or behind the shop houses.
It's located in the famous clementi central, there is also a wet market beside the stalls.
The noodles looks tiny portion. Charsiew is soft but not the juicy kind. Queue during dinner time.
The noodles of the wanton mee is Q and with sufficient texture and taste. The char siew is delicious, flavorful with slight char. The wanton contains some prawn fillings which are decently sized. For $4.50, the wanton mee is worth the money, albeit a little salty. It also comes with a soup when dined in.
