Can’t speak highly enough of Mr. Tan’s services. I had 20+ Hi8 and Video8 tapes that were all converted in under 6 days. Some of them were mouldy but were all converted successfully. Right from the initial enquiry, Mr. Tan was patient and transparent on the pricing (which was very fair). For those that think his workshop might be a bit far out, I arranged Grab delivery and everything was settled easily. Just wanted say a big thanks to Mr. Tan. Was able to relive some very cherished childhood memories once again.

Super job! I had six VHS tapes from over 20 years ago. I had no idea what shape they would be in. Mr. Tan checked the quality and sent me a sample before proceeding. He then did a wonderful job converting all of them to a digital mp4 format and gave me 10+ hrs of wonderful family memories on a thumb drive. He was easily accessible, responsive and quick, and his rates were very competitive. If I could give 6 stars instead of five, I would.

Cannot recommend Tangerine associates highly enough. What a find! I had 10 Hi8 tapes I needed converted, 2 of which were broken. Mr Tan repaired these as part of the service at no extra charge. Tangerine did a great job of converting over 30+ old video tapes of my old family videos to mp4 files. The mp4 quality was very good and the files were easily dragged on to my computer. He was quick and reasonably priced.
