Fairly accessible, the bus stop right in front can take you straight to VivoCity (1hour plus bus ride) and 2 other buses take you straight to AMK interchange. The bus stop opposite has buses that take you to YCK MRT as well or to Yishun interchange. It’s a 7-10 minutes walk to market nearby and walking another 5 minutes in that direction you’ll reach YCK MRT. Futhermore, an MRT for the Thomson line is gonna pop up here in a few years, so that’ll make it even more convenient.

Has a nice gym, function rooms, a few pools, basketball half court and to top it off it looks beautiful!
