This is the second time I had Rapid Coaching sessions with Sylvia. I have to say it was good if not better than the first! Something that had been bothering me for a while was the sudden change in my sleep patterns. I was unable to sleep as I was getting increasingly anxious about my eating habits. Sylvia guided me towards starting the healing process within myself. In just 3 short sessions, each lasting about 30 minutes, I saw a complete turnover in my sleep patterns and mindset. We did some processes like guided meditations that were easy and had a fast and profound impact. I find that I am able to sleep better now and am also able to find better ways to address any concerns/fears that I may have about this recovery process.
